Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of our agreement will apply to you when you use our exhibition booth design services and our stall fabrication services and our project management services.
Scope of Services
Stall Craft provides comprehensive exhibition solutions, which include all services except their specified limitations.
- The company provides custom stand design services through its 3D modeling and conceptualization process.
- The company provides fabrication services through its in-house construction team, which builds all types of stalls.
- The company provides on-site management services, which include installation and dismantling and technical support.
- The company offers ancillary services, which include AV rentals and furniture and graphic printing services.
- Design and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All creative concepts, 3D renders, and technical drawings that Stall Craft produces stay as our intellectual property until the complete payment of the final project invoice is made.
- Usage: Third-party contractors need to obtain written permission before they can use our designs because unauthorized use of our designs by them is completely forbidden.
- Payment Terms
Our production schedule needs particular payments, which we use to obtain premium materials according to this standard payment method, which we will follow until your quotation specifies different terms.
- Booking Deposit: 50% of the total project value to initiate design and procurement.
- Pre-Fabrication: 40% due upon approval of final designs and before construction begins.
- Final Settlement: 10% due upon handover of the stall at the exhibition venue.
- Client Obligations
The client needs to complete the following tasks to achieve a successful build of the project.
- The client needs to deliver high-resolution brand assets, which include logos and brand guides, by the time established in their agreement.
- The client needs to give approval for 3D renders and material specifications at the scheduled times.
- The client needs to provide all venue-specific regulations together with all organizer manuals that the event host has supplied.
- Changes and Revisions
Design Phase: Our team provides [X] rounds of minor design changes during the 3D design phase. Any structural modifications that clients request after design approval will result in extra costs.
On-site Changes: The installation process will restrict any requested changes to available materials and will require extra labor costs.
- Cancellations and Refunds
A client cancellation of a project leads to the following consequences.
- Design Stage: The creative team needs to charge their first deposit as non-refundable after design work begins.
- Fabrication Stage: The client must pay for all expenses that occurred before the cancellation date because he cancelled the project after material procurement and construction work had started.
- Force Majeure
Stall Craft will not accept responsibility for its contractual obligations when uncontrollable events prevent its performance, which includes both natural disasters and governmental shutdown orders and exhibition cancellation by event organizers.
- Insurance and Liability
- Exhibition booth construction at Stall Craft meets maximum safety standards, yet clients should secure their own insurance protection for exhibition materials, which include products and personal electronics.
- Stall Craft is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to materials that clients provide and leave at the booth without supervision.
- Governing Law
These terms are governed by and constructed through Indian laws, which give exclusive authority to Delhi NCR courts for all dispute resolution.
